摘 要:在自行设计和搭建的喷动床升温输送实验台上完成了黑龙江柳树河油页岩半焦的升温输送实验,获得温度分布、压力分布、分离物料粒径分布和含碳量分析、烟气成分分布特性等特征参数。实验结果表明:对于柳树河油页岩半焦的喷动床升温输送,为了保证出口氧量控制在3%以内,出口温度在750℃以上,同时保证实验稳定运行,则入口氧量应控制在17%以内;输送段风速应控制在最大粒径颗粒终端速度1.2~2倍之间;运行过程中需严格控制喷动段底部温度在950℃以内。The spouted bed temperature rising transportation experiment of Liushuhe oil shale semi-coke is completed on the self-designed and put up spouted bed temperature rising transportation experiment Table.And some characteristic parameters,such as temperature distributing,pressure distributing,particle diameter distribution and carbon content analysis of separation materials,flue gas components distributing and so on,are obtained.The analyzed conclusions are as follows:The inlet oxygen content should be controlled within 17% for temperature rising transportation of Liushuhe oil shale semi-coke to ensure the outlet oxygen content blow 3% and keep experiment stable operation.The conveying section wind speed should be limited in 1.2~2 times the maximum particle diameter terminal velocity.It should strictly be used to control the bottom of spouting section temperature less than 950℃ in running process.
