摘  要:文章对双极膜电渗析制备酸和碱的工艺参数进行了研究,以产品浓度、电流效率、产能和能耗为指标因素,考察了海水体系下海水盐量、操作电压、流量等因素对双极膜性能的影响。结果表明,操作电压、流量和盐室浓度是影响制碱效果的关键因素,利用总盐量为2.96%的软化海水,在恒压25 V、极室流量20 L/h及盐室、酸室和碱室流量9 L/h的条件下进行双极膜电渗析实验,电流效率可达86.22%,氢氧化钠浓度可达10.08%,盐酸浓度可达8.36%。Investigations on the conversion of soften seawater to acid and base by the electrodialysis process with bipolar membrane were carried out,the product concentration,current efficiency and energy consumption were evaluated by considering as index factors,all of which were based on the effect of operating voltage,seawater salinity and flow velocity.The results shows that the key points of producing base are operating voltage,flow velocity and seawater salinity.When the total salinity of soften seawater is 2.96%,the operating voltage is 25 V,the flow of electrode stream is 20 L·h-1 and the flow of others are both 9 L·h-1,the whole electrodialysis with bipolar membranes process can reach the highest current efficiency 86.22%,the concentration of sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid can reach up to 10.08% and 8.36%.
