摘　　要：在总结前人已有的整定计算原则基础上,结合实际工作经验,提出了一种新的瞬时电流闭锁电压速断保护整定计算原则。此整定原则以正常偏大方式整定电流、电压定值,其目的是在保证保护可靠性的前提下,增大瞬时速断保护的保护范围。实际应用表明,新的整定计算原则对电网整定计算人员的实际工作具有指导意义。Based on the old principles and writers’ experience,a new setting calculation principle for current and voltage protection is proposed.The new principle calculates current and voltage setting values,which are greater than normal values,to increase protection scope under the condition of assured protection reliability.The new setting calculation principle is helpful for the workers who are engaged in power network setting calculation.
