摘　　要：支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种具有明显遗传倾向的变态反应性疾病,多年来对哮喘相关基因进行了大量研究,但尚未取得突破性进展。CHI3L1基因是一种新发现的哮喘相关基因,编码一种几丁质酶样蛋白YKL-40。本文对CHI3L1基因、YKL-40的分布、功能及其可能参与哮喘发病的机制作一综述。Bronchial asthma （asthma） is an atopy disease with significant genetic predisposition. There are extensive research on asthma related genes for many years, but has not yet made a breakthrough. CHI3L1 gene is a new discovery of asthma gene which encodes a chitinase-like protein YKL-40. This article reviews the distribution, function and mechanisms may be involved in the pathogenesis of asthma of CHI3L1 gene and YKL-40.
