摘　　要：复杂性是当今科学的前沿,其深刻的思想已经渗透到自然科学、经济、社会、管理等各个领域之中,然而复杂性又是生物学的固有属性。本文对复杂性研究进行了简要的综述,并在三种生物组织水平上——细胞系统、中枢神经系统以及自然生态系统,举例说明了复杂性研究视野下的生物系统。Complexity science is a new discipline, whose thinking has influenced many fields including natural science, economy, society, and management. Complexity is also the innate attributes of organism. This paper first reviews the researches of complexity, then, by giving examples concerning the three levels of organism or- ganization （cell system, central nervous system, natural ecosystem）, probes into organism system from the per- spective of complexity science.
