32例重症心脏瓣膜病的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的总结32例重症心瓣膜病患者的外科治疗经验。方法回顾分析2009年7月至2011年12月,32例重症心脏瓣膜病患者接受心瓣膜置换术治疗的临床资料。结果32例患者均治愈出院。随访时间2～30个月(11.28士4.54个月)。术后心脏功能均明显改善(1.89±1.37vs3.23±1.53),左心房内径(43.62士7.78 mm vs.58.64士18.39 mm,P<0.001)和右心房内径(40.66士5.67 mm vs.50.65±9.63 mm,P<0.01)较术前明显缩小。结论只要适当把握手术指征和手术时机,注重术前准备及围术期处理,重症瓣膜病患者行心瓣膜置换术后效果良好。Objective To sum the experience of surgical treatment of valve diseases concurrent with other organs dysfunction. Methods 32 cases serious heart valve patients concurrent with other organs dysfunction were treated by surgical valve replacement in our department from Jun 2009 to Dec2011. Results All the patients recovery well. follow up 2-30 （11.28±4.54）months （M）, heart function better, other organs function recovery well also. the size of left atrium and right atrium reduced. Conclution Some degree organs dysfunction can get well after successful valve replacement operation, to perioperative management should be pay attention.
