摘　　要：武术是中原文化的一个有机组成部分和重要特色窗口,中原武术的发展关键在于弘扬其自身所承载的厚重中原文化精神。本文结合中原文化精神的浓厚历史底蕴,紧扣"和谐社会"的民族宏伟建设规划,围绕"中原崛起"的时代主题,以积极服务于"文化河南、和谐中原"为崇高使命,联系21世纪的全球化发展特点,从21世纪中原文化科学发展的战略高度对中原武术的整体发展进行了科学规划和积极探讨。Wushu is one of the important parts of Chinese culture in the Central Plain.Promoting its cultural spirit of the Central Plain is the key to the development of Wushu.This paper analyzes its develop-ing characteristic and strategy in the circumstance of cultural globalization in the 21st century,and points out the most important task is to serve for the development of cultural and harmonious Henan province in the process of Wushu developemnt.
