摘　　要：本文介绍了美国波奖、EFQM卓越奖、日本戴明奖活动开展的最新情况,并在对这些奖项评审标准研究的基础上,总结了当前国际上卓越绩效模式发展的趋势,即:更注重核心价值观的作用,强化卓越绩效模式的系统性;突出对创新的关注;持续强化对顾客的关注;注重组织的可持续发展与社会责任;关注组织的敏捷性;关注组织的核心竞争力。This article introduces the latest information of MBNQA, EFQM Excellence Award, and Deming Prize, and summarizes the evolution trends of Performance Excellence Model based on researching the evaluation standard for these awards, which includes following 6 aspects, Pay more attention to the role of core values and strengthen the systematicness of PEM, Emphasize innovation, Continue to strengthen the focus on customer, Pay attention to the sustainability and social responsibility of the organization, Focus on organizational agility, Focus on organizational core competence.
