中国巨额外汇储备的影响及对策分析

摘　　要：当前,我国已经积累了巨额的外汇储备,意味着我国有着充裕的国际支付能力;然而外汇储备是一把"双刃剑",外汇储备过多,会付出高昂的机会成本,造成宝贵外汇资源的闲置和浪费。文章分析了我国外汇储备增长的动因,巨额外汇储备对我国经济的消极影响,并提出应对巨额外汇储备的策略。China has accumulated huge foreign exchange reserves, indicating China has abundant international payment capability. However, huge foreign exchange reserves is like a ＂double-edged sword＂ since excessive foreign exchange reserves, will pay a high opportunity cost, resulting in idle and waste of valuable foreign exchange resource. This paper, firstly, analyzes the causes of China＇s foreign exchange reserves growing; secondly analyzes the negative impact which massive foreign exchange reserves have made on China＇s economy; at last puts forward the for dealing with foreign exchange reserves.
