摘　　要：中小港资银行进军内地是趋势和潮流。如何挖掘自身优势、制定发展战略,是其成功的首要条件。文章分析了中小港资银行在内地发展面临的优势和劣势、机会与威胁,并结合其发展现状,从目标客户、业务发展和地域拓展等方面提出了中小港资银行在内地发展的策略。The entry of small and medium-sized Hongkong-funded banks into China has become the current trend. Whether they can be successful or not depends on how they make best use of their strengths and make development strategies. This paper, based on their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and in line with China＇s reality, discusses how to establish the suitable strategy for their banking development in China in terms of target customers, business development and the regional expansion.
