摘　　要：目的:观察胫骨髁间隆突撕脱性骨折钢丝固定的临床治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析我科2004年7月至2011年12月间钢丝固定治疗23例胫骨髁间隆突骨折患者的临床资料。结果:23例均术后随访1年以上,根据术前功能障碍与术后恢复情况,包括主观症状、关节稳定性及关节功能对比,优良率达91.3%。结论:钢丝固定治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折经济实用,便于基层医院开展。Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect on patients with tibial intercondylar eminence fractures. Methods：Chnical data of 23 patients with tibial intereondylar eminence fractures treated by wire lock methods were retrospectively analyzed in our department from July 2004 to Dee 2010. Results： All the patient were followed up for more than one year in which the therapeutic effect was assessed by comparing subjective symptom, joint stability and its function between preoperative and postoperative differences,and in which the effective rate was 91.3%. Conclusion： Wire lock method is a cheap and practical way for patients with tibial intereondylar eminence fractures , and having a wide application spaee for basic-level hospital.
