摘 要:基于全生命周期的质量驱动产品开发方法以解决如下两方面问题为其突出特点 :(1 )充分地获取顾客对产品需求的信息 ,用系统的科学的方法转化为产品质量特征 ,使产品质量特征恰到好处地满足顾客需求 ,即所谓“RightQuality” ;(2 )在产品开发过程中综合考虑产品全生命周期质量特征的综合和优化 ,即所谓“全生命周期设计”(LCD)。本文对质量驱动产品开发方法关键技术及其研究现状进行了详细介绍 ,并阐述了我国进行该领域研究的重要性。Problems of the following two respects are resolved by method of quality driven product development based on full life cycle.(1)Fully obtain customer's imformation on requirements of the product,using systematic and scientific methods to conwert those imformation into quality characteristics of product and let these characteristics to satisfy the customer's requirements—the so called “Right Quality”-just good in its right place.(2)synthesis and optimization have been considered synthetically on quality characteristics of the product's full life cycle during the developing process of product,i.e. the so-called “Full Life-Cycle Design”(LCD).In this paper,an introduction has been carried out on the key technique of development method and its research status of quality driven product,and the importance of conducting the study on this field has been elucidated.
