摘　　要：在国内外农业保险的大背景下,分析了我国烟叶保险发展过程中存在的问题,通过借鉴国际经验,探索我国烟叶保险建设应遵循的原则,以实现烟叶基地的可持续发展。On the basis of analyzing agricultural insurance all over the world ,the article illustrated the main problems exsiting in China tobacco insurance. Based on experiences,it explored basic principles of tobacco insurance construction in China,in order to realize sustainable development of tobacco production base.
