摘　　要：制造执行系统是当前企业信息化研究与应用的热点之一,介绍了多品种、小批量生产环境下电子产品科研生产管理中存在的问题,阐述了制造执行系统在这种生产环境下生产管理中的应用。Manufacturing Execution System （ MES ） is one of the hotspots in current enterprise informationization research and application. The problems in multi-specification and small-batch electronics products manufacturing management was introduced, and the application method and effects of MES to solving these problems were described.
