摘  要:随着现代制造业的发展,对三坐标检测显示装置提出了更高的速度、精度和网络化要求,以微控制器为核心,采用3个鉴相型感应同步器对X、Y、Z三方向的动态坐标跟踪测量,设计了一种带CAN通信的三维坐标量数显检测装置,微控制器产生的特定频率方波经滤波、移相、功放等电路环节加载到感应同步器滑尺,当坐标发生变化时,感应同步器定尺输出感应信号,放大并经方向选择、滤波、整形处理后送入鉴相电路进行相位比较,微控制器对相位差进行分析和误差补偿后送入显示LCD显示新坐标值,利用CAN总线通信接口可同CAN控制网络中的其他智能装置通过CAN总线实现多主式通信。With the development of modern manufacturing,there are more requirements of higher speed,accuracy and open network in special coordinate detection,an digital display device of three-dimensional coordinate was designed.It applied a micro-contrcller as the core.Three phase induction synchronizer weve used to track and measure three-dimensional dynamic coordinates on X,Y and Z directions,and a specific frequency square wave generated by this micro-controller was loaded into the sliding scale in these induction synchronizers through the filtering,amplifier and other circuitry modules.When some coordinates are changed,some induction output signal from fixed scales in these induction synchronizers can be amplified,filtered,shaped and sent into the phase comparison circuit for a phase analysis,so this micro-controller can analyze this phase compensation and display corresponding new coordinates on a LCD,and by following applied CAN protocol,a multi-master communication way can be built with other smart devices in this same CAN control network.
