摘  要:利用生命周期评价方法,对规模化养牛场粪便处理工艺进行生命周期资源消耗与污染物排放清单分析,之后对其进行生命周期对比评价,在评价结果的基础上利用模糊综合评价方法综合考虑经济因素、环境因素、技术因素和社会因素,得出三种处理方案的综合权重。结果表明,在处理牛粪的生命周期内,厌氧发酵的环境影响优于好氧堆肥,其环境影响综合指数分别为0.0216和0.0244;厌氧发酵、好氧堆肥、未处理方式对经济、环境、技术、社会因素的模糊综合评价结果分别为:95.41,83.42,67.58,可以看出厌氧发酵的分值最高,表明规模化养牛场畜禽粪便的处理最好采用厌氧发酵工艺。In this study, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology was used to establish inventory of resource consumption and pollutant emission, and comparative assessment of the life cycle environmental impacts were made for two kinds of manure treatment processes on scaled cattle farms. Based on the assessment results, and considering the weight of economic factors, environmental factors, technical and social factors, overall evaluation results of three processing system were ob- tained by the method of fuzzy mathematics. The results showed that the life cycle environmental impact index of anaerobic fermentation process and aerobic composting were 0. 0216 and 0. 0244 respectively. Considering the factors of economic, environment, technology and social, the overall fuzzy evaluation results of anaerobic fermentation process, aerobic composting process and untreated process were 95.41, 83.42, 67.58, respectively. And so the anaerobic fermentation process had the highest scores, which showed that anaerobic fermentation process was the best treatment approach for scaled cattle farms.
