摘 要:通过挤出工艺,制得聚氯乙烯(PVC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/滑石粉共混物。系统研究了ABS和滑石粉对PVC/ABS/滑石粉合金耐热性能和力学性能的影响;并通过SEM观察分析了合金的冲击断面微观形貌和填料的分散情况。结果表明:当滑石粉与ABS质量比为30/70时,合金综合性能良好,成本较低;ABS的加入不仅有助于提高合金的耐热性能还有助于提高合金的力学性能,特别是冲击强度;滑石粉有助于提高材料的耐热性能,并且滑石粉的分散情况和与树脂的相容性是影响合金力学性能的主要原因。Through extrusion process, PVC/ABS/talc composite was prepared. The effect of talc and ABS on heat resistance property the mechanical property of PVC/ABS composite was studied. The micro- morphology of impact surface and the dispersion of the inorganic filler of the alloy were analyzed by SEM. The results showed when the mass ratio of talc/ABS was 30/70, the product's performance was better, and the cost was low; ABS not only helped to the heat resistance of the alloy and also helped to improve the mechani- cal properties, especially the impact strength; talc powder can promote the heat resistance, and the disper- sion and its compatibility with the resin affect mainly mechanical properties of the alloy.
