测试条件对于测定聚乙烯管材挥发分含量的影响

摘　　要：分别在封闭烘箱和打开烘箱通风口以及烘箱内鼓风与不鼓风的情况下测定了8个聚乙烯管材料样品的挥发分含量;并采用大直径称量皿与小直径称量皿测量了样品的挥发分含量。根据实验结果,分析了测试条件对于聚乙烯树脂挥发分含量测量结果的影响。Volatile content of eight PE pipe samples were determined on different conditions. Tests were performed in ovens with the vent open or shut, the blower on or off and with weighing dishes of different diam- eters. According to the results of tests, effects of test conditions on determination of volatile content in poly- ethylene samples are investigated.
