SSR鉴定水稻两系杂交种纯度的运用与探讨 Ⅰ.亲本和杂交种分别筛选引物的适用性

摘　　要：分别采用亲本和杂交种为材料,从44对引物中筛选出适合于鉴定两系杂交水稻品种两优17、苯两优639、天两优616的引物。结果表明,对同一品种用两种方法筛选出的SSR引物相同。在没有亲本的情况下,仅用杂交种筛选得到的引物可用于室内纯度鉴定。The primers for identifying the purity of the seeds of two-line hybrid rice varieties Liangyou 17,Benliangyou 639,Tianliangyou 616 were screened using the parents and hybrid seeds of these seeds as materials.Results showed that the SSR primers screened by parents and hybrid seeds were the same.Primers screened by two-line hybrid rice could be used in identifying the purity of the seeds in laboratory.
