摘  要:烟叶质量评价的目的是对相应表征指标进行综合分析,其结果应能客观公正地反映烟叶质量的发展变化,并为评价组织者、决策者所信服和接受。试验根据烤烟烟叶化学成分检测结果,建立了基于遗传算法优化的投影寻踪烤烟烟叶化学成分指标质量综合评价模型,利用该模型对云南省临沧市烤烟烟叶化学成分指标品质进行了综合评价。结果表明,不同植烟区域烤烟烟叶化学成分指标品质的优劣顺序为临翔区、云县、沧源县、耿马县、双江县、永德县和凤庆县,各评价指标中以还原糖总糖比值、氮碱比值和钾含量3个指标对临沧市烤烟烟叶品质的贡献最大,与实际情况相符,说明评价结果可行而有效。模型在一定程度上避免了主观因素对评价结果的影响,可为烟叶生产决策、卷烟企业采购原料和配方设计提供科学依据,并为采用化学成分指标来评价烟叶质量提供了一种较为合理和有效的方法。The aim of tobacco quality evaluation is comprehensive analysis of corresponding index,the result of which could objectively reflect the development and change of tobacco leaf quality thus be convinced and accepted by the organizers and policymakers.According to the detection results of chemical components in flue-cured tobacco,a comprehensive projection pursuit evaluation model for flue-cured tobacco quality was established based on genetic algorithm optimization,and applied on quality index evaluation of chemical components in flue-cured tobacco in Lincang city,Yunnan province.The results showed that the order of quality index of chemical components in flue-cured tobacco from high to low was Linxiang district,Yun county,Cangyuan county,Gengma county,Shuangjiang county,Yongde county and Fengqing county.3 indexes,ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar,nitrogen to phosphor ratio,and potassium content,contributed the most to flue-cured tobacco quality,which was consistent with actual situation,indicating that the evaluation result was feasible and effective.The effect of subjective factors on evaluation was avoid to some extent,thus could provide scientific basis for decision making in tobacco production,raw materials purchasing and formula designation of cigarette enterprises.It was a reasonable and effective approach evaluating the quality of tobacco leaf from chemical composition indices.
