农民合作经济组织在农村社区公共物品供给方面的作用

摘　　要：目前我国农村公共物品供给一般由村委会提供,因供给严重不足使农民合作经济组织在公共物品供给方面仅发挥了部分作用。以河北省农民合作经济组织为研究对象,从信息服务和社区基础设施建设两方面,探讨了不同类型合作组织在公共物品供给中的作用并提出完善建议,以期更好地促进我国新农村建设全面健康发展。At present the supply of public goods in rural communities generally was provided by the villagers committee,because of a serious shortage of supply of the public goods,the farmers cooperative economic organizations played a part of role.Based on the farmers cooperative economic organizations in Hebei province,the effect of different types of cooperative organizations on the supply of public goods included the information services and community infrastructure construction was discussed,then a sound proposal was put forward in order to better promote a new and healthy socialist countryside.
