摘  要:对型砂的热湿拉强度、砂型退让性、排气性、缺陷部位退让空间等因素对气缸体夹砂缺陷的影响情况进行了研究。确定采取:上型夹砂部位不喷涂料、加强排气;下型夹砂部位增设φ4×25 mm的孔洞,以分割大平面增加退让空间等措施。气缸体铸件夹砂缺陷得到了较好的解决。The influences of hot wet tensile strength of molding sand, yieldability and permeability of the sand mold, yield space in defect area of the sand mold surface etc. on scab defects of cylinder block were investigated. It was decided to adopt measures of cancelling coating spraying in the scab area, improving venting, setting a φ4 mm×25 mm hole in the scab urea to split the large flat surface of the sand mold to form a yield hole, etc. As a result, the scab problem has been solved successfully.
