摘  要:简单介绍了等温淬火球铁的性能特点与应用状况,分析了化学成分与合金化处理对等温淬火球铁性能的影响。重点介绍了等温淬火球铁的热处理工艺,指出在保证完全奥氏体化的同时应适当降低奥氏体化温度,同时应根据产品最终性能要求来选择等温温度及其保温时间。比较了ADI、普通球铁、低合金球铁的性能和金相组织,说明ADI具有的特殊奥贝双基体结构使得其具有高强度的同时有良好的塑性和韧性。The advantages and application situation of the isothermally quenched ductile iron (ADI)were introduced. The influence of chemical composition and alloying treating on the AD] was analyzed. The main description was focused on the isothermal quenching process and it was pointed out that by ensuring complete austenization,it's necessary also to appropriately decrease the austenitizing temperature; as well as, at the same time, the isothermal quenching temperature and the isothermal holding duration should be chosen according to the final properties requirements of the casting. For the castings having high comprehensive properties the two-step isothermal quenching process is recommended. The properties and microstructure of ADI,normal ductile iron and low-alloyed ductile iron were compared and it was explained that ADI has special austenite-bainite double matrix structure that provide it with hoth the high strength and excellent plasticity and toughness.
