摘　　要：本文在规制经济学理论框架的基础上,分析了煤矿安全规制机构与不同类型煤矿企业之间的信息不对称对社会福利损失所造成的影响,并采用VAR模型实证检验了中国煤矿安全规制的实际效果。研究结果表明,煤矿安全规制效果在短期内可能会由于信息不对称受到削弱,但从长期来看是有效的。Based on the theoretical framework of new regulation economics, this paper analyses the impact on welfare loss caused by the information asymmetry between coal mine safety agencies and different types of coal mining enterprises, and then studies the empirical effects of China＇ s coal mine safety regulation through VAR model. The results show that the effect of coal mine safety regulation is effective in the long-run, but this effect has been impaired by the information asymmetry in the short-run. Finally, this paper puts forward some proper policy recommendations.
