摘　　要：功能型针织面料布面特别敏感,传统染整加工一般采用大浴比染色。立信染整机械公司新推出的MINITEC低浴比高温溢流染色机对该类品种进行染整加工,取得很好的效果,可以节约助剂50%,节约水电汽等能耗40%以上。Functional knitted fabric is particularly sensitive. In order to achieve good quality, large liquor ratio is adopted in traditional dyeing , which can not meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection. Fong＇s latest MINITEC low liquor ratio and high temperature jet overflow dyeing machine, not only can achieve good quality, saving .50% auxiliary, more than 40% of the water and energy consumption, but also accords with environmental policies of the national energy sav- ing and environment protection of sustainable development.
