摘  要:建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定皮革中七种重金属元素含量的方法。采用微波消解处理样品,并考察了不同元素间相互干扰,采用ICP-AES同时测定七种重金属元素。对所测定元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4%,回收率在95%~104%之间,结果可信度高。To establish an ICP-AES method for the determination of muhiplex elements in leather, the samples were digested by microwave and 7 elements were assayed by ICP-AES. The mutual interference of the 7 elements and the treatment of the sample were studied in details. For all of the analyzed elements the relative standard deviations (RSD) are less than 4% and the recoveries of most elements were in the range of 95%-104%. This method used in this study was simple, accurate and fast in detecting 7 elements in leather, and hence could be used as an effective measurement of multiplex elements for its quality control.
