摘 要:浙江省电力公司在110kV大侣智能变电站组织实施了国内首次人工短路试验,该试验不仅验证了非传统互感器和智能保护系统的可靠性,还测试了系统故障情况下站内电磁兼容性。文中从站内工频电磁场变化、二次回路的电磁干扰、通信回路的电磁干扰3个方面分析了当前智能变电站面临的电磁兼容性问题,并有针对性地提出了解决方案。An artificial grounding fault test in 110 kV Dalu smart substation for the first time in China is carried out by Zhejiang electric power corporation. This artificial grounding fault test not only verified the reliability of non-conventional instrument transformer and intelligent relay protection system, but also tested electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of secondary equipments in smart substation under the system fault. The EMC faced by smart substation is analyzed from three aspects: the variation of electromagnetic field of industrial frequency, electromagnetic interference of secondary circuit, and electromagnetic interference of communication circuit. The corresponding solution scheme is also proposed.
