“一站式”糖尿病教育管理系统在临床中应用的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探索“一站式”糖尿病教育管理系统在临床中的应用价值。方法构建“一站式”糖尿病教育管理系统，选取新诊断的2型糖尿病患者80例，随机分成实验组和对照组各40例。实验组由糖尿病专科护士采取“一站式”糖尿病教育管理体系，对照组接受糖尿病常规教育。观察干预前后2组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、遵医行为的依从性相关指标及并发症风险评分的变化情况。结果实验组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白的控制及遵医行为等方面显著优于对照组，并发症风险评分显著高于对照组。结论“一站式”糖尿病教育管理系统在糖尿病患者的治疗护理及管理方面可操作性及实用性强，有临床应用价值，值得广泛推广。Objective To evaluate the application value of the one-step diabetes education man- agement system in clinic. Methods The one-step diabetes education managemem system was con- struct. 80 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and randanfly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 40 patients in each group. patients in the experimental group received one-step diabetes education management system by diabetes specialist nurses,while patients in the con-trol group received routine diabetic education. The fasting blood glucose （FBG）,HbAIc, taedical compli- ance behaviors and other indices were compared between two groups. Results FBG, HbAle and medical compliance were better, and the risk score of complications was higher in the experimental group than those of the control group, there were significant differences between them. Conclusions Application of one-step diabetes education management system in treatment and nursing of patients shows maneuverability and practicality. It has clinical application value and deserves to be spread.
