摘　　要：针对XC50鞋底材料由玻纤增强尼龙和TPU组成的特性,分析了塑件二次注射成型工艺并介绍了模具结构,对塑件出现的问题制定了有效的工艺处理措施。研究结果对大温差、多材料、复杂塑件的二次注射成型工艺与模具设计有较好的参考作用。Based on analysis of the material of glass fiber reinforced nylon and TPU, mould for the shoe sole were developed, two-stage injection forming technique and multi-materials and complex plastic parts. properties of XC50 shoe sole which was made a two-stage injection molding process and a The research results can be reference to the mould design of large temperature difference,
