摘　　要：针对模具开发初期所涉及的一系列费用预算难题,提出了汽车零件拉深毛坯尺寸的3种预估方法。以发动机盖外板制件为例,对3种预估方法中的经验预估法、专业软件粗略预估法以及专业软件与经验预估相结合法进行了详细地分析和比较,并介绍了毛坯预估尺寸知识的拓展应用。Three methods to predict the blank size for the drawing of an automobile engine hood were proposed and analyzed, including empirical prediction method, approximate esti-marion via professional software, and a combination of the former two methods. And then an extended application of the knowledge was presented.
