摘　　要：以窗户百叶的塑钢型材挤出及在线冲孔为例,介绍了在线冲孔技术在塑钢型材挤出生产线上的应用,阐述了在线冲孔技术的工艺方案、基本原理、安装方法及其闭环控制系统,实现了塑钢型材挤出线的自动同步冲孔。The application of on-line punching technology in extrusion production line for plastic steel profile was presented. Discussion was made on the process scheme, basic prin- ciple, installation method and the closed-loop control system of on-line punching technolo- gy for a louver. Automatic synchronous punching of the plastic steel louver can be achieved on the extrusion line.
