摘 要:利用SRAP标记技术对来自我国龙血树属(Dracaena)的24份材料进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。结果显示,从80对SRAP引物组合中筛选出的15对引物组合共扩出155条条带,其中多态性条带为135条,占87.1%,平均每对10条,最好的引物组合为F18Em6。利用NTSYS软件分析数据得出24份材料间的Jaccard相似系数变化范围为0.27~0.97,平均值为0.56,UPGMA聚类显示,在相似系数为0.34处将一未定名种与其它材料分开,其他23份材料在相似系数0.46处又可分成2类,其中勐腊龙血树(D.menglaensis)和长花龙血树(D.angustifolia)的相似系数达0.93。结果表明:用于本试验的一未定名种应为近缘属植物;支持将勐腊龙血树视为长花龙血树变种的观点;结合形态学特征可以将我国龙血树属物种分为两个大类。The classification system of the genus of Dracaena is controversial. In the study, SRAP (sequence- related amplified polymorphism) molecular markers were used to detect the genetic diversity and relationship of 24 accessions of Dracaena Vandelli ex Linnaeus from China to provide new molecular basis for the system classification of this genus. A total of 580 DNA bands were amplified by 15 selective primer pairs, 135 of which (87.10%) were polymorphic. The average number of polymorphic DNA bands amplified by each primer pair was 10. The genetic similarities of 24 materials ranged from 0.27 to 0.97. UPGMA method cluster analysis showed that 24 materials were classified into two cluster groups with the genetic similarity of 0.34. The result showed, one unnamed specie maybe was a allied genus plants, supporting the view that D. menglaensis is a variety of D. angustifolica Combining with the morphological features, the genus of Dracaena of China could be divided into two groups.
