摘 要:研究采用ATRP法制备了可交联型含氟嵌段共聚物P(MMA-HEMA-BMA)-b-PFMA,并考察了选择性溶剂的种类和成膜温度对聚合物胶束形态、涂膜表面微观结构形貌、涂膜疏水性和综合性能的影响。研究结果表明:在THF、DMF、F113、TFPE中含氟嵌段共聚物均能形成核壳结构胶束,胶束溶液成膜后涂膜表面具有一定微观粗糙结构。当以TFPE为溶剂,成膜温度为80℃时,含氟官能团能迁移到含氟嵌段共聚物的表面,涂膜表面的静态水接触角最大为135.2°,涂膜附着力为1级,硬度为HB,表现出优良的综合性能。The crosslinked fluorine-containing block copolymer P(MMA-HEMA-BMA)-b-PFMA was synthesized via ATRP. The influences of the kind of selected solvents and film forming temperature on the morphology of polymer micelles, microstructure morphology of film surface, hydrophobicity and comprehensive performance of coating were studied. The experiment results show that the P(MMA-HEMA-BMA)-b-PFMA can form core-shell micelle in the selective solvents, such as THF, DMF, F113, TFPE. During the process of film formation, rough film surface with micro-nano-structure can be constructed by the nano-micelle gathering. When film-forming temperature is 80℃ and TFPE is used as the solvent, the contact angle of the film can be raised to the maximum of 135.2°, the coating adhesion is grade 1 and the hardness is HB.
