农机合作社带动的土地托管实践与启示——以田丰机械种植专业合作社为例

摘　　要：以田丰合作社为例,分析现代农业背景下一种依托农机合作社进行的土地制度创新——土地托管。尽管该模式面临资金、技术和人才等因素的制约,但通过合同规范、合理的分配机制等举措,彻底解放了劳动力,显著地增加了入社农户和合作社的收入。为此,要充分发挥市场和政府的作用,促进农机合作社带动土地托管更好地发展。Taking Tianfeng agricultural machinery cooperative as an example, this paper analyzed an innovation of land system, land trust. Results showed that although it was constrained by financial, technological and talent factors, great improvement had been made in economizing on manpower resources and increasing both income of the peasants and the cooperatives, through such measures as taking standardized contract, reasonable distribution mechanism, and other measures. Based on the above conclusions, we suggest we should fully play the role of the government and the market to develop land trust driven by agricuhural machinery cooperatives better.
