摘　　要：档案是文化的渊薮和重要载体,不同的档案有不同的社会功能,总体而言,可归结为资证、存史、教化三个方面。该文基于档案的社会功能,认为档案有助于思想政治教育,并对档案教育资源的有效开发及其在思想政治教育中的合理运用进行初步的探讨。File is the important carrier and origin of culture. Different files have different social functions. In general, the so- cial functions of file can be summed up as three aspects, to provide evidence, to record history, and to enlighten wisdom. Based on the social functions of file, the essay thinks that file contributes to the ideological and political education. The essay discusses the effective development of file and the rational use of file in the ideological and political education.
