摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,中印建立了面向和平与繁荣的战略合作伙伴关系。中印战略合作伙伴关系必将深化和密切两国在政治、外交、安全、文化交流等多领域全方位的合作,同时也将影响亚洲和整个世界形势。中印战略合作伙伴关系是具有全球意义的双边关系。发展中印战略合作伙伴关系在面临种种挑战的同时也面临着前所未有的机遇。Since the 21st Century, China and India have established strategic cooperative partnership for the peace and prosper- ity. The Sino- Indian strategic cooperative partnership will develop bilateral cooperation in the politics, diplomacy, security, cultural exchanges and many other fields. At the same time it will also affect Asian and the world situation. The development of Sino -Indian strategic cooperative partnership is facing challenges but also facing great opportunities.
