摘　　要：东南亚国家与中国山水相连,文化习俗相近,双方商业合作和友好往来历史悠久,随着中国与东盟经济的快速发展以及自贸区的启动,双方合作空间进一步拓展,发展前景将更加广阔。投资合作是中国—东盟经贸合作的强大推动力,这得益于中国—东盟自由贸易区《投资协议》开始实施,双方开放投资市场,改善投资环境,降低贸易壁垒,为双方企业创造更多投资机会。The Southeast Asian countries and China have shared close ties in geography and culture in the long course of histori- cal development. The potentiality and space of corporation have been expanded and widened on the both parties along with the establishment of the investment agreement of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area. Both parties have begun to promote the market, ameliorate the environment of investment, and reduce the trade barrier, creating more investment opportunities.
