摘  要:在相关文献研究和问卷调查的基础上,选取东莞、温州、泉州等3个地区民营饭店的总经理,对其胜任力模型进行了构建和二阶因子检验。研究结果显示,民营饭店总经理胜任力模型由管理素质与管理技能两个维度构成,每个维度均包含5个胜任力因子,每个胜任力因子评价分值存在显著差异,但正副职总经理的胜任力结构并无差异。Based on a literature review and a questionnaire survey of the general managers and deputy general managers of the private hotels in the areas of Dongguan, Wenzhou, and Quanzhou, this paper has built a competency model and conducted a second-factor testing on it' s dimensions. The research finds that the competency model consists of two dimensions--managerial quality and managerial skill; each of the dimensions has five competency factors with significantly different values; however, there is no significant difference on the competency dimensions between GMs and deputy GMs.
