摘　　要：针对NG240／9．8-M型锅炉排粉机的特点及日常运行情况，从结构设计上分析轴承箱压盖漏油原因，通过分析与试验，提出并采取了解决排粉机轴承箱压盖漏油的措施，取得了较好效果。Based on the characteristics and daily operation of NG-240/9.8-M for boiler, to analyze the cause of the oil leakage from bearing box gland from the power exhaust fan aspect of structure design and put forward the countermeasures to solve such the oil leakage. It has achieved good results.
