摘　　要：高速线材生产线的活套，在套辊结构、润滑方式等方面都存在诸多不当之处，为此进行了多项改进，使活套故障明显减少，活套套辊及压辊寿命明显延长，大大节约了生产成本。The loop in the high-speed wire rod mill has disadvantages in the looper roll structure, lubrication type, etc. Therefore the continuous improvements have been made to reduce faults, prolong the service life of looper roll and press roll and reduce the production cost greatly.
