连铸含铝冷镦钢预防水口结瘤的措施

摘　　要：对连铸长水口和浸入式水口内壁粘附物的检测和形成机理进行分析。提出了浇铸含铝冷镦钢时预防水口结瘤的措施，即通过在LF精炼炉造还原性白渣、合理控制底吹氩与钙处理工艺、全程保护浇铸、防止二次氧化与卷渣等措施来防止水口结瘤。实验结果表明预防措施效果良好，连铸水口结瘤明显减少。To analyze the inspection and forming mechanism of inner adhesion of shroud and submerged nozzle, and to put forward the preventive measures for nozzle blocking in the continuous casting of Al-containing cold heading steel, such as the white-slag making, Ar-blowing control at the bottom, Ca treatment technology, complete protective casting technology, prevention from secondary oxidation and slag entrapment. The test results show that the preventive measures have good effects and the nozzle block is greatly reduced.
