摘　　要：以河北省为研究对象来开展"十一五"建设用地节约集约利用评价,从有效性、可操作性的角度出发,构建了建设用地集约利用的评价指标体系,采用定性分析与定量评价相结合的方法,进行了建设用地节约集约利用水平宏观评价及新增建设用地节约集约利用水平评价,所得结论与河北省的实际相吻合。This paper,based on a case study on Hebei province,focuses on the evaluation of economical and intensive utilization of construction land.From the point of view of effectiveness and practicalities,the index system to evaluate the intensive use of construction land is established;macro-evaluation for economical and intensive utilization level of construction land and evaluation on economical and intensive utilization level of the expansion of land used for construction are carried out by integrating qualitative analysis method and quantitative assessment method;and the conclusions agree with the fact of Hebei province.
