临床护理路径在舌癌患者围术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径在舌癌患者围术期中的应用方法及效果。方法:将60例舌癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采取临床路径实施护理,对照组采取常规护理。结果:观察组患者住院时间、医疗费用、术后语言效果、健康教育知识掌握情况及满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将临床护理路径应用到舌癌患者围术期中,能缩短患者住院时间、减少医疗费用、提高患者满意度、护理人员素质,并且有利于护理带教和管理工作,保证患者舌功能锻炼的有效性。Objective：To explore the approaches and effect of clinical nursing path in the perioperative period of treatment of patients with tongue cancer. Methods ：60 patients with tongue cancer were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group （30 cases in each group）. The nursing care was given to the patients according to clinical nursing path in the observation group and routine nursing care was implemented in the control group. Results：The hospitalization days and expenses were shorter and lower, the postoperative speech outcome, grasp of health knowledge and contentment of the patients were significantly better in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The application of clinical nursing path in the perioperative period of treatment of patients with tongue cancer can shorten the hospitalization time,reduce medical costs and improve the satisfaction degree of patients and quality of nursing staff, which is also favorable for nursing education and management and can ensure the effectiveness of patientg lingual function exercise.
