摘　　要：探讨移动互联网时代运营商的角色转换问题,分析移动互联网的业务特征与电信网络的运营状况。着重研究运营商在通信产业链中的角色转换方向,即从信息传输管道提供商向全业务运营商转变。最后,从网络融合演进与业务平台部署两个方面给出了运营商的发展策略。This paper discusses the problem how Telecom Operators change in the Mobile Interneteva. Firstly, features of the Internet business and operating of telecommunication networks are analyzed. Secondly, focuses on the role transition of operators in the communication industry＇s chain, namely, from the information transmission pipeline provider to full- service operators. Finally, development strategies to operators in the network integration evolution and business platform disposition are proposed.
