银屑病中医分型血清TGF_βTNFα的生物测定

摘　　要：目的　测定ＴＧＦβ、ＴＮＦα生物活性，以探讨银屑病中医分型的本质。方法　按中医理论将２２ 例银屑病患者分为血热、血燥、血瘀三组，以培养的敏感细胞株ｃｃＬ６４ 、Ｌ９２９ 分别与三组患者的血清共孵，并置标准ＴＧＦβ、ＴＮＦα对照，比较光密度值。结果　银屑病患者ＴＧＦβ、ＴＮＦα生物活性皆低于标准对照。血热型ＴＮＦα抑制活性最强，与血燥、血瘀相比，差异有显著性意义（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．００１） 。结论　银屑病患者ＴＧＦβ、ＴＮＦα活性异常是疾病发展过程中机体反应的变化，中医分型更接近于反映病机变化本质。Objective To investigate the essence of the classification of psoriasis based on TCM by measuring the biological activity of TGF β,TNFα.Method 22 cases of psoriasis patients were classified into three groups as heat in blood,dryness in blood,and blood stasis based on TCM.Sera of patients from three groups were incubated with sensitive ccL 64 and L929 cell lines respectively,the OD values were compared with that of standard TGF β,TNFα controls.Results The biological activity of TGF β,TNFα in psoriasis patients was lower than that of the standard controls.TNFα of the heat in blood patients had the strongest inhibitive effects,the differences were significant when compared with that of dryness in blood and blood stasis patients( P <0.001).Conclusion Abnormal activity of TGF β,TNFα in psoriasis is alterative reaction of the human body during the disease developing,classification of the disease based on TCM is closer to the essence of the mechanism.
