摘 要:将Zn-Ni复合抗紫外材料及含磷抗菌剂应用于假发用PVC纤维中,通过熔融纺丝方法得到功能性PVC发用纤维,使其具有抗菌、抗紫外的功能性。研究了纺丝工艺参数对成品丝性能的影响,通过调整纺丝工艺得到适合发用PVC纤维的合适工艺。成品丝经抗菌测试,其抗菌率在95%以上,UPF值为500,远远大于标准值,且UVA及UVB均小于5%,满足防紫外线产品的要求。The functional fiber for wig possess antibiosis and uvioresistant performance could be produced by adding uvioresistant material of Zn-Ni composite and phosphorous antibacterial agent by means of melt spinning were added in PVC fiber for wig in this paper.The effect of spinning process technological Parameters were studied.Suitable spinning process for PVC fiber were determined by adjustment.The antibacterial rate of functional fiber was above 95%.The anti-ultraviolet data of UPF was 500 which was more than standard value,UVA and UVB were all less than 5%.It satisfied the requirement of uvioresistant product.
