生殖器疱疹患者干扰素治疗前后血清IL-2及sIL-2R水平变化

摘　　要：目的　探讨生殖器疱疹（ ＧＨ） 患者细胞免疫功能。方法　采用单克隆与多克隆双抗体夹心法测定血清白介素２（ＩＬ２） 及可溶性白介素２ 受体（ｓＩＬ２ Ｒ） 水平。结果　２７ 例ＧＨ 患者治疗前ＩＬ２ 水平明显低于正常人，ｓＩＬ２ Ｒ水平明显高于正常人。经干扰素α２ａ 治疗后ＩＬ２ 水平明显高于治疗前，ｓＩＬ２ Ｒ 明显低于治疗前。结论　ＧＨ 患者存在细胞免疫功能低下，且与病程相关。干扰素治疗有助于患者免疫功能恢复，减少ＧＨ 复发及消除单纯疱疹病毒潜伏感染。Objective To study the cellular immunity function of genital herpes(GH).Method The levels of serum IL 2 and sIL 2R in 27 cases of patients with GH before and after interferonα 2a therapy were determined by doubleantibody sandwich ELISA.Result The patients with GH had lower serum IL 2 and higher serum sIL 2R level compared with those of normal control group.the patient with long disease stage of GH had lower serum IL 2 level and higher serum sIL 2R level compared with those of the patients with short disease stage of GH.The serum IL 2 level after interferonα 2a therapy was higher than that of befor interferonα 2a therapy,the serum sIL 2R level after interferonα 2a therapy,was lower than that of before interferon therapy.Both the serum IL 2 level and sIL 2R level after interferon therapy had singnificant difference as compared with the normal control group.Conclusion This study suggests that the cellular immunity function of GH might be decreased and relaled to the disease stage.Interferon therapy might have some significant effect on the decreasing GH relapse and eliminating incubative infection of GH.
