摘 要:目的:建立水中7种有机酚类污染物的超高效液相色谱-二极管距阵检测器测定方法。方法:水样经OasisHLB小柱富集,利用ACQUITY UPLCBEH C8(50 mm×2.1 mm×1.7μm)色谱柱分离,以甲醇和0.1%乙酸溶液为流动相进行梯度淋洗,流速0.25 ml/min,采用PDA检测器,在波长275 nm和303 nm进行测定,外标法定量。结果:7种酚类化合物在0.05 mg/L~5.0 mg/L浓度范围呈线性关系,其相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为15.0μg/L~25.0μg/L,方法回收率在86.9%~104.1%,相对标准差均小于5%。结论:该法灵敏、高效、准确,适用于水中七种酚类污染物的测定。Objective:To establish an analytical method for determination of seven phenolic pollutants in water by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)with photodiode array detection(PDA).Methods:The water samples were extracted and condensed with solid-phase extraction by OasisHLB cartridges,and separation was carried out with ACQUITY UPLC BEH C8(50 mm×2.1 mm×1.7 μm)column.The gradient mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.1% acetic acid aqueous solution at a flow rate of 0.25 ml/min.Detection was performed with a PDA detector,and detection wavelengths were 275 nm and 303 nm.Quantification was calculated by an external standard method.Results:The linear correlation coefficients of 7 chemicals in the range of 0.05 μg/ml~5.0 μg/ml were all over 0.999.The limits of quantification were between 15.0 μg/L~25.0 μg/L,and the recoveries ranged from 86.9% to 104.1%.Relative standard deviations(RSDs) were all less than 5%.Conclusion:This method is sensitive,efficient,accurate and suitable for the determination of the seven phenolic pollutants in water.
