摘 要:目的:直饮水中亚硝酸盐含量测定的若干探讨,为直饮水中亚硝酸盐含量标准提供参考依据,为直饮水中亚硝酸盐含量测定提供检测依据,并将该方法应用于各类直饮水中的亚硝酸盐含量测定,有效指导人们安全饮水。方法:参考GB/T8538-1995《饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》和GB/T5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》,优化方法中一些测定条件,对直饮水中亚硝酸盐进行分析测定。结果:在0.00~9.90×10-2 mg/L浓度范围内呈线性关系,工作曲线y=2.2134x+0.0007,相关系数为0.9998,最低检出浓度为6.60×10-4 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.96%~16.0%,加标回收率93.6%~122%。结论:该方法适合于直饮水中亚硝酸盐含量的测定,并能为直饮水中亚硝酸盐标准提供参考依据,为相关监管部门提供相应的检测依据。Objective:To provide reference for standard content and determination basis of nitrite in direct drinking water based on discussion on nitrite determination,so as to ensure the drinking water safety.Methods:Nitrite content in direct drinking water were determined based on GB/T8538-1995 "Methods for examination of drinking natural mineral water" and GB/T5750-2006 "Standard examination methods for drinking water" with several test conditions were optimized.Results:Nitrite was linear in the range of 0.00~9.90×10-2 mg/L,correlation coefficient was r=0.9998,minimum detectable concentration was 6.60×10-4 mg/L.The relative standard deviation was 0.96%~16.0%.The recovery was between 93.6%~122%.Conclusion:The method is suitable for the determination of nitrite in drinking water,and can provide reference for the content range and determination basis of nitrite in drinking water.
