摘　　要：目的:通过对输卵管通液治疗患者的护理,使输卵管阻塞性不孕的患者达到早日受孕的目的。方法:对输卵管阻塞性不孕的患者,在月经干净3～7d进行输卵管通液治疗,通过精心护理,使输卵管通液治疗患者,增强了战胜疾病的信心。结果:100%患者顺利完成当次手术,95%患者完成全疗程手术。结论:患者积极配合输卵管通液治疗,明显提高了输卵管阻塞性不孕患者受孕的成功率,临床上也收到了满意的效果。Objective： To aim at making infertile patients with fallopian tube obstruction pregnant through careful nursing. Methods： Patients with fallopian tube obstruction were performed hydrotubation treatment from 3 to 7 days after menstrual clean of the patients. And patients＇ confidence to overcome the disease were strengthened by careful nursing. Results：All patients completed the first operation smoothly,while 95% of the patients completed the full course of operations. Conclusion：The patients＂ active cooperation with the hydrotubation can not only greatly improve the success rate of pregnancy of the infertile patients with fallopian tube obstruction,but make the clinical effect even more satisfying.
